All platform content including text, images, videos, audio, software, graphics, logos, and databases represents our intellectual property or that of our licensed content providers and remains protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users receive limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable rights to access and use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of their account privileges. Content usage rights do not include reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation without explicit written authorization from content owners.

Acceptable Use and Community Standards

Users must engage with our platform in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and community standards while respecting the rights, safety, and dignity of other users. Prohibited activities encompass uploading harmful, illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content, attempting unauthorized access to platform systems or user accounts, engaging in harassment or threatening behavior toward other community members, distributing malicious software or code, using services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes, violating intellectual property rights, and interfering with platform functionality or other users' enjoyment of services. Account Management and Security Responsibilities

Account holders bear full responsibility for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account information, including protecting login credentials, monitoring account activity, and promptly reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious behavior. Users must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of account details throughout their use of our platform. Intellectual Property Protection and User Contributions

Platform technology, design elements, software code, algorithms, and proprietary systems remain our exclusive intellectual property and are protected under applicable patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Users who create and submit content to our platform retain ownership of their original works but grant us worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual licenses to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with platform operations and service delivery. This licensing arrangement enables us to provide services effectively while respecting user content ownership. Users warrant that submitted content originates from them or that they possess necessary rights for submission, and that such content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws. Service Availability and Performance Disclaimers

While we strive to maintain consistent platform availability and optimal performance, users acknowledge that technical issues, maintenance activities, infrastructure limitations, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally interrupt service access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or specific performance levels, and reserve rights to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable advance notice when circumstances permit. Platform performance may vary based on factors including user location, internet connectivity quality, device capabilities, and overall platform usage patterns. Our liability for service interruptions, technical difficulties, or data loss is limited as outlined in our limitation of liability provisions. Users should maintain appropriate backups of important data and avoid relying solely on our platform for critical business operations or irreplaceable information storage.

Liability Limitations and Legal Protections

Our liability for claims arising from platform use is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, with total liability generally not exceeding amounts paid by users for services during the twelve months preceding any claim. We specifically disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, or other intangible losses that may result from platform use or service interruptions. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, or non-infringement of third-party rights. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory underlying any claim and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes arising from these terms or platform use will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under applicable arbitration rules in our designated jurisdiction, with arbitration proceedings taking place individually rather than as part of class actions or collective proceedings. Users waive rights to jury trials and participation in class action lawsuits, agreeing to pursue claims individually through arbitration processes designed to provide efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution. This arbitration requirement applies to all disputes except those involving intellectual property rights, which may be pursued in courts of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration agreement survives account termination and continues to govern disputes arising from previous platform use. Applicable law for these terms and any disputes will be determined based on our company's jurisdiction of incorporation and operation.

Agreement Modifications and Termination Procedures

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, service features, business practices, or operational needs, with material modifications communicated through platform notices, email notifications, or other appropriate channels providing reasonable advance notice when possible. Continued platform use following term updates constitutes acceptance of revised agreements. Either party may terminate this agreement with users able to close accounts through platform settings and our company reserving rights to terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, business reasons, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, user access to services ceases immediately, though certain provisions including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution procedures, and post-termination obligations survive account closure. These terms represent the complete agreement between users and our company regarding platform use and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, or representations related to platform services.
